Where do you currently ship?

Basik Studios ships anywhere a plane will land. Pricing is based on current
pricing for shipping and handling. All fees and/or customs charges will be paid
by the customer.

What happens if my shoes or another item do not arrive?

Basik Studios will provide a tracking number for all shipments. Once the
tracking description says, “delivered” the Basik Studios Team cannot be held
liable if an item goes missing.

What is the shipping address for Basik Studios?

The shipping address for Basik Studios is located at the top of all
invoices. Do not ship anything until you have a paid invoice receipt.

What happens if my shoes are damaged when I receive them?

Basik Studios is not liable for damaged sneakers. All Basik Studios products
are inspected prior to shipping. All sales are final.

Since all of our products are customized, we do not offer a “Return Policy”,
since we do not create most of our products from scratch. All sales are final.
